Five stages, each ending in something you can file or act on.

    Engagement planning

    We agree scope, boundaries, reporting period and criteria, and set materiality so effort goes where errors would matter.

    Risk assessment

    We analyse data flows and controls for risks to completeness, accuracy and transparency, and prioritise the material ones.

    Evidence collection and testing

    Review of source data, methods and emission factors, sample testing, recalculation, and site visits where applicable.

  4. 4

    Findings and gap resolution

    We flag discrepancies and work with your team to correct them before the report is finalised.

  5. 5

    Verification statement

    An independent reviewer checks the corrected data against the program criteria. We then issue our opinion at the agreed level of assurance, ready to file with your regulator or registry.

Agreed-upon procedures

Sometimes you don't need a full verification, just specific checks on your GHG or environmental information. With agreed-upon procedures, you decide what gets checked and we report exactly what we found.

Questions

Is KeeWee an accredited GHG verification body?

Yes. KeeWee Solutions Inc. is accredited by the Standards Council of Canada (SCC) as a GHG validation and verification body under ISO 14064-1 and ISO 14064-3, maintained under ISO 14065 and ISO/IEC 17029. It is also an accredited verification body under Canada's Clean Fuel Regulations.

Which standards does KeeWee verify against?

KeeWee provides third-party verification, validation, assurance and agreed-upon procedures engagements under ISO 14064-3:2019 and, where applicable, ISAE 3410, at limited or reasonable levels of assurance.

Is KeeWee's accreditation recognised outside Canada?

The Standards Council of Canada is Canada's national accreditation body, and a signatory to the multilateral recognition arrangement covering its Verification and Validation Accreditation Program — the programme KeeWee is accredited under. That arrangement is maintained by Global Accreditation Cooperation Incorporated (Global ACI), formed on 1 January 2026 from the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC). It means a verification statement issued by KeeWee is recognised across the arrangement's member economies. SCC's role in Canada is the equivalent of the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) in the United States.

Does KeeWee verify for clients in the United States?

Yes. Accredited GHG verification and assurance engagements for US clients, for example under California SB 253, CDP or TCR, are delivered by KeeWee Solutions Inc.
